Just like in one of the reviews, Eric, the concierge, were great too help me. When I mistakenly left my Kindle in the taxi, he immediately sprang into action. Even though the taxi receipt had been thrown away, Eric had someone search through the trash to find it. He also used the security camera footage to track down the taxi driver and retrieve my Kindle, all free of charge. Eric's dedication and detective-like skills made my stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had nice facilities. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very pleasant. The breakfast had a nice selection of choices. The hotel is conveniently located in the Dongcheng district, close to several attractions and the Wangfujing center. Transportation was easy with an airport bus just a 3-minute walk away. The staff was helpful in assisting with purchasing entrance tickets to historical places and train tickets.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and made my trip very comfortable. They were attentive and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to key attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, making it convenient for walking and exploring. Another advantage of staying at this hotel was the availability of a buffet breakfast with a large range of food choices. It was a great way to start the day.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to several tourist spots and near good metro links. It's also easy to get a cab there. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with luxurious bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service and are always attentive. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food options. The hotel offers facilities like a jacuzzi and a club lounge. Guests have access to the lounge, which serves delicious food and has excellent staff.

I had a great stay at a hotel located in a convenient area close to the main attractions and subway stations. The central Wangfujing area was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the shops and food places. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices. it was a fantastic experience.
